Terms of Service Agreement

This Terms of Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between Traction Technologies Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and the user (“User,” “you,” or “your”) of Legacy Keeper (“Service”).

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the Service.

This Agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Oregon, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service after any changes to these terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
